About Gene Burkett
After attending Texas A&M University for Construction Science, Gene changed my focus and obtained a BBA at Southern Methodist University. Dallas car accident attorney Gene Burkett worked in manufacturing sales before receiving his law degree at St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio. The Dallas native then partnered with brothers Mark and Scott Frenkel at Frenkel & Frenkel. For more than 30 years, Gene has devoted his practice to helping those injured in vehicular collisions, and other personal injury cases. Even though the vast majority of cases settle out of court, Gene prepares each case he accepts to be ready for trial. Gene believes this practice of thorough investigation and preparation leads to consistent, successful results. A father of a daughter and son, Gene is a faithful supporter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving, where he served on the advisory board, as well as Ronald McDonald House. He also supports the Dedman School of Law at SMU.
