About David Gold
I have over 25 years of experience as a litigator defending Employers and their Insurance Companies against all types of workers compensation claims. I represent clients throughout Florida and at all levels, from mediation through Final Hearing. As a faulty member for the School of Workers' Compensation at the prestigious Claims College operated by The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), I frequent lecture employers, insurance carriers and third party administrators regarding risk assessment and claims management. I am also a Certified Medicare Set Aside Consultant (MSCC) and a Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP). In addition, I serve as a Special Magistrate for the City of Plantation where I oversee hearings regarding building and code enforcement violations.
