Eric Yun

Eric has a diverse, cross-disciplinary practice encompassing immigration and litigation. As the Co-Chair of Archer’s Immigration and Global Mobility practice, Eric represents employers and individuals engaged in commerce in the United States, guiding clients through the gamut of immigrant and non-immigrant visa application processes and compliance issues. Additionally, Eric brings his considerable complex litigation experience to bear on the resolution of immigration-related disputes. His litigation practice spans both the trial and appellate levels, including in areas such as employment discrimination and other employment-related claims, breach of contract actions, and fraud and other business tort actions, among others. He has represented clients in finance and banking, accounting, consumer products, energy, automotive and heavy industrial manufacturing, retail, and many other industries, as well as municipal and other public entities. During law school, Eric was a Legal Intern at the United States Department of Justice Criminal Division, Public Integrity Section.
