Jason Cincilla

I serve as the lead attorney in our MG+M Delaware office. In that capacity, I direct and manage all of the firm's Delaware litigation, which includes, among other things: commercial litigation, asbestos litigation, benzene litigation, toxic tort litigation, products liability litigation, employment litigation, insurance coverage litigation and professional liability litigation. I have extensive experience defending claims before Delaware state and federal courts. Beyond Delaware, in the world of asbestos litigation, I serve on the national coordinating counsel teams for three international products manufacturers and the national trial team for one international products manufacturer. I also serve as the national discovery coordinator for two Fortune 500 companies, responsible for responding to all discovery directed to the companies in asbestos litigation pending throughout the country. I typically speak on panels at least twice per year on subjects like discovery management, litigation management and developments in Delaware law.
