My approach is compliance-led: I focus first on building reliable systems for I‑9s, audits, and hiring processes, so employers avoid surprises and employees are protected. At the same time, I leverage my expertise in employment-based and family immigration to guide clients through complex visa, green card, and naturalization matters. I am the founder of Sapon Immigration, a full-service immigration firm dedicated to delivering high-quality legal and compliance services. Over the past decade, I have helped employers with legal visa processing, talent acquisition, and compliance systems while assisting individuals and families with immigration petitions tailored to their unique circumstances. In response to the growing need for skilled global talent, I partnered with my husband, David, to create an international recruitment network, providing corporate clients a reliable, fraud-free way to identify qualified employees for jobs in the U.S. I am passionate about sharing knowledge and insights. I have been invited to speak at conferences nationwide and internationally, including Mexico and U.S. on immigration opportunities, compliance, and talent management. I also regularly present at legal summits and engage with political leaders to advocate for immigration policies that support American businesses and immigrant communities alike. I am open to speaking engagements on topics including I‑9 and hiring compliance, employment-based and family immigration, and leadership in law and business. I am fully fluent in English and Spanish, an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Kentucky Bar Association, and have traveled extensively throughout the United States, Mexico, Central America, and Europe.
