About Briana Chua
I have a Martindale Hubbell AV peer review rating and am a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation by the State Bar of Arizona. I have been practicing workers' compensation law exclusively representing injured workers since 2004. After nearly 12 years of practice and becoming a member attorney at my law firm, I co-founded Montrose & Chua Attorneys at Law, PLLC which we eventually re-named as Arizona Injury Law Group, PLLC. At Arizona Injury Law Group, we pride ourselves in effectively and ethically representing our clients. We make ourselves available to our clients, listening and communicating effectively and frequently. I have represented clients at hundreds of depositions and hearings at the Industrial Commission of Arizona. Every case is different and every client is different so over the years I have handled a very wide variety of legal issues and have had clients with many different types of injuries from the more common orthopedic conditions (backs, shoulders, knees, etc.) to the very unfortunate death cases. I am a child of immigrant parents and that perspective helps me understand my clients and the hard work they put into making a better life for themselves and their families. That perspective also makes me want to work harder to do well for my clients.
