About Jeffrey Rasansky
Jeff Rasansky represents the victims of personal injuries, including car accidents, birth injuries, nursing home abuse, and more. Jeff also represents business entities in complex business disputes and handles these matters on a contingent fee basis. Since obtaining his mediator’s certificate in 2011, Jeff has spent substantial portion of his professional time engaged in the practice of mediation. The disputes he has mediated have ranged from small to large, more complex, multi-party catastrophic personal injury cases and various types of business disputes. Jeff has been included among D Magazine's listing of Dallas' Best Attorneys on numerous occasions, and has been named as a Texas Super Lawyer every year since 2002. Jeff is a Martindale AV-rated lawyer and has even earned a spot on the prestigious Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiffs' Lawyers in America list. Jeff earned his law degree at Southern Methodist University in 1990 after receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas. Soon after earning his law license, Jeff joined a law firm in downtown Dallas where he learned the legal maneuvers used by large corporations, hospitals and nursing homes. Rasansky later joined another large Dallas law firm where he began representing people who suffered personal injury by the negligence of others. Since 1994, Jeff has won tens of millions of dollars for clients who have been catastrophically injured by the greed, carelessness and negligence of others. His legal wins have been featured in newspaper articles and television and radio reports across the nation. Specialties: Recently, Jeff negotiated a settlement of more than $10 million on behalf of an infant who was catastrophically impaired while under medical care. Jeff also successfully represented two other children, one of which resulted in a settlement of 4.5 million dollars and another for 2.0 million dollars.
