About Amanda Saputo
Amanda is a litigator predominately focused on product liability, trucking & transportation, and premises liability. Her experience includes handling the initial response for significant incidents and representing clients in state court and federal court. Amanda’s product liability practice focuses on the design of various parts of trucks, while her trucking & transportation practice includes minor vehicle accidents and multi-fatality collisions. Amanda spends a significant portion of her time advising clients on compliance with regulations and mitigating against risk for future litigation in various areas in the beverage, technology, and transportation fields. She enjoys taking a proactive approach by helping companies develop and implement practices and policies that promote safety. She has advised large organizations through a seconded role, and she continues to work on similar tasks with another company on a daily basis. Amanda was published in the bi-annual compendium for ALFA International regarding statewide updates for construction law. She was also published in DRI For The Defense for her in-depth article, “Spoliation: Manufacturing-Defect Cases Without the Key Product.” Amanda was selected as a 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a distinction awarded annually to 2.5% of Texas' attorneys. Amanda earned her J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law. While attending law school, Amanda earned the Mithoff Pro Bono Award and interned for the Honorable Judge Martin Hoffman. Amanda received her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations at the University of Texas at Austin.
