Some types of litigation matters I handle include personal injury disputes; parent company vicarious liability and corporate veil piercing claims; construction-based disputes; defective product liability claims; real estate and property disputes including wrongful foreclosure actions; breach of contract actions. I also do general business legal consulting, contract negotiation and contract drafting. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Law from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a JD from Loyola University School of Law. I am admitted to practice in California, Louisiana and Texas, as well as the United States Supreme Court, United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.I am also the founder of ROM Publishing, a digital e-book publisher.
